How Nintendo Won E3

It's funny, although I love Nintendo, most people didn't expect for them to do much this E3. Not only were they defying customer's expectations and throwing another non traditional Direct instead of the yearly Big Three conference, but sales had been bad and a lot of journalists and gamers have already counted Nintendo out of the running.

E3 - Predictions and Wish List: Nintendo

This year Nintendo will be repeating their strategy from last year's E3 and expanding on it significantly. Unlike many gamers, I enjoy Nintendo Direct and liked what the Big N did last year and am even more excited to see the festivities this year (even if I do miss the big stage show a tad).

What E3 means to me.

As we enter the summer months I always start to get excited.  My Christmas in June is right around the corner and the gaming industry is hard at work generating all the hype and buzz it can as they prepare for the biggest event of the year.  The Electronics Entertainment Expo and a video game junkies bonanza of news, videos, and the teases of gaming future.  Its probably one of my favorite events of the year next to the actual Christmas holiday.

The Other Brother

A short while ago in a galaxy very near there was born a chosen one. Well, not really that chosen, just sort of special. Ok, not all that special, but he certainly was a pretty good gamer. Alright, so not that great of a gamer, more of average though he tried really hard. Let's start over shall we?

My name is Daniel Flatt (the other brother in this dynamic duo) and I'm a married father of two wonderful kids, game journalist and clearly a huge vidjamagames fan. Anime, Star Wars, comics, board and card games round out my geeky interests transforming me like Voltron into Mecha Geek. When not being a Dad, husband, writer, employee, or geek I work on perfecting the art of awesomeness. Welcome to the Blog

So me and my brother decided to do a blog togther about all the nerdy fun things that we love.  So this is going to be a rather eclectic grouping of posts, reviews and just random thoughts from us.

To start with let me introduce myself.  My name is Ernest and quite simply put I'm a pretty big Nerd.  I love video games, comic books, movies, anime...  the list goes on and on.
